INCIDENCE OF FETOMATERNAL OUTCOMES IN CASES WITH MORBIDLY ADHERENT PLACENTA

The prospective study was conducted in tertiary hospitals' Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from January 2022 to June assess the incidence feto-maternal outcomes cases with morbidly adherent placenta. on 155 women fulfilling inclusion criteria. Demographic medical data were recorded. procedure performed using a lower-segment approach, complications managed according protocol. Results showed that women, post-partum hemorrhage occurred 35.5%, massive blood loss 66.5%, bladder injury 14.2%, maternal ICU admission mortality 9%, small for gestational age 21.9% NICU 26.5%. placenta could cause life-threatening complications; placental disorders must be diagnosed reduce morbidity mortality.
